If you are not satisfied with our services or products, you can request a refund under the conditions stated below. For service purchases, a refund can be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase. The fact that the service has started may affect the acceptance of the refund request.

Return Conditions

To request a refund, send us your return request and purchase information by sending an e-mail to info@legere360.com. Once your request is reviewed, you will be provided with instructions regarding the return process. Once your return is approved, the returned product/service fee will be refunded within 14 business days according to the original payment method used. Construction costs and other related fees may not be eligible for refund.

Exceptions

Certain services and products may be excluded from our returns policy. Non-returnable items, such as special orders, clearance sales and digital products, are considered in this category. We may change our Return Policy at any time to comply with our business needs or legal requirements. Changes made to the policy will become effective by being published on this page.
